Customer Product Warranty:

• If your product proves defective within the first 2 weeks, we will replace it.
• Within the first 2 weeks of receiving your product you may return a new/unused item for a refund - minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Despite this being a product that lives in the elements, we still offer a generous 1 year product warranty. If your product fails, we will 1st. troubleshoot with you. If the problem cannot be resolved you may send the product back to be repaired. If it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. You pay postage to send it to us; we pay postage to send it back to you.
• Unapproved returns will not be processed.
• Complete product support is available for the life of your product.
